Operator and acceptance
CoManufacturing.in is operated by Hartman Enterprises LLP, at 4, Red Cross Road, Sadar, Nagpur – 440001, Maharashtra, India ("CoManufacturing", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms govern your use of the website, Product Builder, account, roadmaps and introduction-request services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Eligibility and authority
You may use the service only if you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and, when acting for a company or other organisation, authority to bind or act for it. You are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with laws applicable to your activities, products and markets.
What the service provides
CoManufacturing helps founders and businesses describe product concepts, receive AI-assisted product understanding and manufacturing roadmaps, explore manufacturing knowledge and provider capabilities, and request curated introductions. The service is an early-stage platform and may change. A roadmap or introduction request does not guarantee a response, provider availability, quotation, commercial suitability, successful manufacture, regulatory approval or product launch.
Accounts and security
Keep your credentials confidential and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Do not access another person's account or records. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect users or providers, preserve security or comply with law. You may stop using the service and request account closure by contacting us.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully; impersonate another person; submit material you do not have authority to share; infringe intellectual-property, privacy or confidentiality rights; probe or bypass security; scrape restricted data; access private provider information; interfere with operation; introduce malicious code; automate abusive requests; or use output to facilitate harmful, deceptive or prohibited products. Do not submit patient records, sensitive health information, passwords or regulated information that is unnecessary for a manufacturing brief.
Your submissions
You retain the rights you hold in product ideas, briefs and other material you submit. You give CoManufacturing a limited permission to host, copy, process, structure and share that material only as reasonably needed to operate the service, generate requested guidance, maintain your account, assess provider capabilities and arrange requested introductions. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the material. Submitting information does not create a nondisclosure agreement or make CoManufacturing a custodian of your trade secrets.
AI and roadmap output
Product analyses, roadmaps and other AI-generated material are planning aids. They may contain errors, omissions or outdated assumptions and are not medical, legal, regulatory, financial, safety, formulation or engineering advice. You must independently verify ingredients, dosage, claims, intellectual property, testing, stability, labelling, certifications, export requirements and market rules with qualified professionals before relying on output or making commercial decisions.
Manufacturers and service providers
Manufacturers, laboratories, consultants and other providers are independent third parties. Provider information reflects the records and review status available to CoManufacturing and may change. A listing, status or introduction is not an endorsement, certification or warranty of identity, capacity, quality, compliance or performance. You are responsible for due diligence and for separately agreeing specifications, samples, confidentiality, ownership, pricing, taxes, payments, quality controls, delivery, remedies and dispute terms with each provider. Providers cannot bind CoManufacturing merely because they appear on or are introduced through the service.
No orders or payments through the current service
Submitting a product brief or match request does not create a manufacturing order, purchase commitment or payment obligation. CoManufacturing does not currently process customer payments through the platform. If paid functionality or a separate commercial engagement is introduced, its price, scope, cancellation and refund terms must be presented and accepted separately before a charge is made.
CoManufacturing materials
The website software, design, branding and original content are owned by CoManufacturing or the applicable rights holder. Subject to these Terms, you may use the service and its output internally for evaluating and planning your own product. You may not copy the service, remove ownership notices, misrepresent authorship, resell access, or reproduce protected website content beyond what applicable law or an express licence permits.
Third-party services and links
The service depends on third-party hosting, database, AI and email providers and may link to third-party websites. CoManufacturing does not control third-party services, content, availability, security or privacy practices. Your use of a provider's website or services is governed by your agreement with that provider.
Availability and disclaimers
The service and its content are provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every record, match, article, roadmap or AI output is accurate, complete, current or suitable for your purpose. To the extent applicable law permits, you assume responsibility for decisions made using the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
Responsibility for loss
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CoManufacturing is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunity, loss of data, or losses caused by reliance on unverified guidance, third-party conduct, unauthorised submissions or events outside our reasonable control. Any enforceable limitation, liability cap or mandatory remedy must be determined under the completed operator and governing-law details rather than inferred from these Terms.
Ending or changing the service
You may stop using the service at any time. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, preserve records as described in the Privacy Policy, or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these Terms. We may update these Terms as the service changes and will post the revised date. Additional notice will be provided where required.
Governing terms and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Contact hello@comanufacturing.in first so the parties can attempt to resolve a concern informally.
